We are looking to continue our growth and success in our Customer Interaction Management (CIM) Practice. Online provides leadership, expertise and experience integrating disparate systems and data to help our clients develop strategies and implementation plans to increase the value of customer interactions.
Customer Interaction Management may include enabling services through speech recognition systems, Call Center technology, web self service, kiosk and other contact channels. In order to deliver the best solutions for our clients, Online has partnered with industry leading companies including Genesys, a leader in customer interaction and enablement software.
Responsibilities:
Delivery of projects using all appropriate components of Online's methodology and supporting methodologies.
Responsible for communications at many levels, both internally and externally. This can include client executive and sponsors, Online executive and your delivery team.
Develop standards, templates, and procedures to aid in the development of the required work products.
Utilize industry leading technologies to architect, develop, and implement solutions for Online’s clients.
Conduct needs assessments or process facilitation with clients to identify organizational, information, and integration requirements.
Promote interoperability of business and technology, acting as the bridge between the business objectives and the technology requirements.
Develop and implement reporting solutions that provide key performance data for various roles within a client organization including Scorecarding, Dashboards, and Historical Reporting.
Desired Skills:
Previous consulting experience – ability to develop productive working relationships with both clients and other project team members; troubleshooting.
Expert problem-solver. Sorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions.
Implementation and deployment experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to produce results under constraints of time, budget, available expertise, existing applications and infrastructure.
Must be able to travel.
3-5 years experience
Bonus Skills:
Call Center experience.
Application/database integration knowledge.
Database, SQL knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (MIS major), Computer Science and/or MBA an asset.
