Information Systems Help Desk Support Assistant

 

 

Ensign Facility Services, Inc. seeks a talented, energetic and experienced Information Systems Help Desk Support Assistant to play a key role in our growing company, as it serves the needs of our rapidly-expanding client base across the Western United States. This position is based in EFSI’s South Orange County Service Center.

EFSI currently serves 61 long-term care facilities with nearly 5,500 employees in six Western states, and is growing. These facilities have no corporate headquarters or traditional management hierarchy. Instead, they operate independently with support from the “Service Center,” a world-class service team that provides the centralized clinical, legal, risk management, HR, training, accounting, IT and other resources necessary to allow on-site leaders and caregivers to focus squarely on day-to-day care and business issues in their individual facilities.

 

About the Opportunity

 

We currently seek an experienced Information Systems Help Desk Support Assistant to provide support to internal end users on a variety of issues, training and direction to Service Center and field personnel on technical issues. The right candidate will be able to quickly, accurately and pleasantly respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.  Additional duties will include documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problem to ensure timely resolution.  You will report to the Director of Information Systems. Some overnight travel may be required.

 

Qualifications

 Associates degree from an accredited institution preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related computer field with major courses in computer and computer operating systems.2+ years of experience providing technical support and troubleshootingOutstanding communication skills – written and verbalAbility to support network and systems hardware and software with minimal supervisionAbility to prioritize, multitask and work under time constraintsAbility to manage diverse personalities with superior customer service skills

 

Compensation

 

EFSI offers an attractive compensation package including a competitive base salary and benefits, plus eligibility for bonuses and stock options. Success will only be limited by performance.
