Information Technology Coordinator

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The information Technology Coordinator manages the operation of the information technology (IT) system to ensure that the system runs effectively, and plans, administers and reviews the acquisistion, developement, maintenance and use of computer systems.

 FUNCTIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Manages communications of IT Department with both internal and external customers Provides first level help desk services to both internal and external customers on software and hardware issues. Hands on EDI experience (Receive & Transmit) Report Writing Programming ERP experience UNIX - Windows Files and archives of all IT related documents (i.e. requisitions, software licenses,software locations, etc.) Assists with inventory management, which includes PO Generation, order tracking and all IT Inventory.  Assists in the documentation of all policies and procedures related to disaster recovery,and keeps information current. Assists in the training of new software for both internal and external customers as new releases become available or new software is purchased. Prepare budget requests
