Summary:
Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions of the company.
Responsibilities:Analyze complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommends technical solutions.Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining,a and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions for multiple systems including Windows and Citric Servers and Windows XP workstations.Produces detail time line for each application release and implements effective project control by monitoring the progress of the software release and reporting the statusDirects and prioritizes the work load of direct reportsApproves all business requirements prior to the technical solutionParticipates on all hardware and software evaluations and maintains outside vendor contractsDirects IT education programs for entire company.Perform administrator duties and support for 120 Workstations including 20 field locations throughout DE, PA, MD & NJ.
Abilities:Ability to maintain, monitor, correct/repair trouble in all systems including T1, Cable and DSL Internet connections at all locations.Voice lines at all locations
Knowledge:Knowledge of Intertel 5000 phone system, Avaya partner phone systemsBroad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologiesWindows 2000/2003 Server
