Ability to identify, analyze and devise solutions to infrastructure system problem. Ability to interact with customers regarding distributed computing and communications needs. Ability to participate in implementations, upgrades and conversion projects. Ability to participate on special market studies or marketing effort. Ability to participate on empowered, virtual teams. Ability to manage projects within scope of responsibility. Ability to work flexible hours. JOB PREREQUISITES: Proficient in Java, Java Script, JSP with the equivalent of at least 3 years of experience. Proficient in MS Visual Studio, .Net with the equivalent of at least 3 years of experience. Proficient in Perl, Perl CGI and Perl modules with the equivalent of at least 3 years of experience. Proficient in html and web design with the equivalent of at least 3 years of experience.
