Assist in the installation, troubleshooting & maintenance of hardware and related wiring between customer servers and Networking gear. Candidate must be able to learn quickly, manage tasks with very little supervision and contribute to the department in an equitable portion. Route Ethernet cable & power cords in a accordance with wiring diagrams. Configure, install and maintain Remote Access Hardware for all customer servers.Troubleshoot connectivity escalations.Recognize, and report and correct deficiencies within the Data Centers.Maintain an organized, professional work. Strive to perform these duties in a dignified, exemplary manner. Update HWO's as to the status and location of servers. Unload trucks and build racks.Moving new shipments of servers and hardware into caged area.Other duties may be assigned.Required Skills

Acute awareness of individual work area: these racks contain live servers.Enter server tracking information into HWO. Focused work ethic in a team environment.Ability and willingness to accept and complete task with a painstaking attention to detail.Required Experience
