Duties Learn the GlobalVision sales process, pricing, service offering, competitive positioning and unique value Follow through on company generated leads, generate proposals and convince prospects of our value Identify further opportunities for leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, company database and external databases like Hoovers and OneSource Involve key co-workers with larger deals or when needed to ensure full customer satisfaction, every time Cultivate the relationship with the client ensuring that we are meeting quality, schedule and price commitments with each project Take an active role in learning about the client’s industry, goals,  needs and collaborate with co-workers to help meet them Periodically get involved in scheduling meetings and webinar sessions to be conducted by upper management to raise prospect awareness and interest


Required SkillsMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent Superior email and telephone communication skills in English Previous working experience in a high tech environment, ideally in the localization field Familiarity and ability to communicate issues related to Software, Web and International Marketing Good analytical skills needed to understand and gauge the opportunity, project success probability, track pipeline and forecasts and adjust the level of activities accordingly Proficiency in Windows apps and CRM tools like Act Most importantly, the ideal candidate must be able to follow through on the leads, create new ones, cultivate relationships with clients and prospects, establish a sense of trust, work with fellow co-workers as part of a team and take proactive measures to address and solve problems No travel needed
