Position Summary:
This position is an integral part of the Embedded Sales team providing sales support with identification and qualification of opportunities, prospecting and pre/post sales activities.This person will be closely tied to our sales team and customers managing lead entry, customer backlog and shipping reporting, as well as interfacing with our Channel Sales teams and other internal groups. 

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:Represent strong levels of integrity and accountability with both Digi and Digi products. Respond to customer phone, email and website generated product and technical requests or inquiries. Data management within the Sales database. Prospecting, qualifying, development and routing of leads and opportunities. Assist customers and sales teams with questions and requests, price checks, availability and product recommendations. Assist in other projects as assigned by Manager of Inside Sales.

Education and Skills Requirements:BA/BS or Technical degree plus 0-2 years sales experience or a combination of education and experience. Technical aptitude a must. Good communication skills (including interpersonal and written) and a pro-active approach. Call center or industry experience a plus. General PC knowledge including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications.
