INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE – LEAD GENERATION
As an Inside Sales Associate and sales team member, you will have significant impact on our sales team’s success. The Inside Sales Associate – Lead Generation is an outbound tele-prospecting position and performs pre-sales qualification and communications functions. You will utilize professional communication, research and interviewing skills, as well as your marketing and sales skills. In this position you will be assigned a territory for proactive outbound prospecting activities for the purpose of delivering a monthly quota of qualified sales leads and meeting appointments for our Inside Sales Representatives. You will utilize your enthusiasm, assertiveness and proven time management skills to aggressively make outbound calls and emails to a targeted prospect base.

Responsibilities: Prospecting, lead generation and qualification, business development and setting appointments for Inside Sales Representatives Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify influencers and decision makersExecute creative lead generation telemarketing activities within the defined territory Communicate All Covered’s value proposition to prospects Collaborative effort with sales directors and Inside Sales Representatives to win new opportunities and grow the business Tracking and managing prospects through our Saleforce.com CRM System Responsible for meeting and exceeding regular quotas and KPIs Participate in team meetings, networking, and activities to grow the business Manage a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts in assigned territory Responsible for providing reports on all business development activities

Profile: Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in software telemarketing/telesales Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills Independent working and decision making skills High energy, tenacious, results oriented, self motivated/self reliant, team player Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Power Point) and Saleforce.com CRM SystemStrong desire for promotion within our growing sales organization

Available Shifts:

5:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
