Inside Sales / Client Advocate

Calence is seeking an excellent candidate to join our Client Advocate team - this is a technical and customer service oriented position where you are partnered with an account manager to support customers/clients in a dedicated sales channel. This role is responsible for ongoing customer procurement management and diligent attention to follow-up and support.

 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support Account Managers in presales efforts by performing product, vendor and client research.

· Establish new client accounts and process client credit applications.

· Accurately review and interpret multiple contracts to issue sales quotes (hardware and software) for 20 partner products.

· Complete and manage order processing using multiple vendor and in-house systems as well as complete partner order processing.

· Proactively notify clients of new hardware and coordinate adds, moves, changes and/or renewals of maintenance contracts.

· Manage the order lifecycle by performing order tracking and hardware fulfillment status updates.

· Perform continuous client follow up and support to assure client satisfaction and continued strong relationships.

· Use online technical configuration tool to support pre-sales efforts, product sales quotes and order fulfillment.

· Own and drive client problem resolution to successful closure.

· Complete RFP product responses.

· Support integration of new product partnerships.

· Partner with internal financial services organization to resolve client billing issues and collections escalations.

· Coordinate RMA processes with partners as needed. 

 INFORMATION ON QUALIFICATIONS

· Technical expertise primarily in Cisco Sales or customer service experience preferred.

· Microsoft Excel, Word, Configuration/Technical Tools, Accounting Package (JDE preferred).

 EDUCATION

A bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science/Engineering) preferred or related industry experience.  Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
