General:  The inside sales supervisor will be responsible for leading the successful execution of the company’s selling and customer service strategies.  The successful candidate will provide leadership for the inside sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, training, and effective motivation while demonstrating effective selling skills.

 

Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide quality service to EAS’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasksProvide team leadership in efforts to meet and exceed company sales forecastsAssist with training of inside sales team, franchisees, and affiliates as needed.Ensure adequate coverage for incoming telephone and email contact from customersEnsure that all messages are returned within one business dayComplete summary reports accurately and in a timely mannerCoach and counsel team members to follow accepted procedures, to improve selling skills, and to maintain the highest standards of qualityOccasionally provide staffing assistance for tradeshows and conferences Provide ongoing feedback on the adequacy of our telephone management systems, especially with information on areas of capacity and queue management

 

QualificationsSales skills to include demonstrated ability to overcome objections along with excellent closing skillsOrganizational skills for proper team planningDemonstrated record of achievement in prior sales-related position preferred.Excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills supported by strong interpersonal skills and ability to work/lead within a team structure.Ability to learn and retain product and service specific informationComputer literacy required

 

Education and ExperienceExperience in sales leadership, preferably within a telesales environmentMinimum of three years selling experienceCollege degree helpful, but not required
