HBS services critical building systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, fire, security and energy management. Honeywell Automation Control Solutions has a current opportunity for a Installation Manager in our Las Vegas, NV location. The successful candidate will be able to: Draw from previous construction or engineering management experience to lead control systems installations of various sizes. Manage customer relationships and installations of DDC Controls, Security Systems, and/or Fire Alarm Systems. Work in commercial environments (high rise buildings, airports, corporate campus) as well as institutional environments (schools, hospitals) in both new construction and retrofit projects.As Honeywell Installation Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation, as well as creating and managing project schedules, financial plans, staffing plans, project implementation and close-out documentation. 

Basis Qualifications:3-5 yrs experience project mgt./construction mgt. Project financial reporting; financial reporting knowledge Supervise all installation personnel Plan, schedule and coordinate the activities of electrical, mechanical, network, and engineering subcontractors in a rapidly changing project environment.  Additional Qualifications: Qualified candidates: Must have the ability to coordinate, plan, and schedule in detail a projects implementation, resources, and financial plan. Track and manage to project plan and schedule. Must be extremely process driven with knowledge to labor laws, construction contracts, construction administration, and be familiar with the construction dispute resolution process. Ability to manage to contract documents written scope of work to insure customer satisfaction. Anticipate, recognize, and negotiate changes from documented scope of work. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be very organized in work flow and documentation process. Strong experience providing written costs estimates, supporting narrative justifications and proposals as necessary. Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously in a lean administrative environment.
