Qualifications

Ability to work unsupervised, maintain a substantial inventory of equipment, parts and supplies and manage a large geographic territory, with exceptional response time for on-site support to customers.

Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal.

Ability to synthesize complex information under pressure, drill down to the most critical issues and draw accurate conclusions.

Ability to develop instant rapport with clients and maintain strong working relationships. Masterful at managing customer expectations.

High degree of confidence with troubleshooting. Advanced hardware, software and networking skills.

High mechanical aptitude and interest.

Dedication to exceeding quality standards and commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.

Perseverance that won't allow quitting until a problem is solved.

Excellent judgment and discretion. Ability to be trusted with highly confidential and sensitive information.

Ability to travel overnight.

Valid NYS Driver's License and ability to obtain security clearances upon criminal background and DMV checks. Drug testing is also required.
