Scopes the complexity of core training programs and/or initiatives, determines the needed resources, and estimates time frames for completion of the training projects Conducts needs assessment and task analysis prior to developing curriculum Develops pre-assessment exams or assessments when needed Interprets the results of assessments, and, based on the results makes revisions to training programs Designs training materials selecting the most effective training methodology to meet the desired objective  Develops design documents to provide the overview of planned training programs Develops paper-based training materials to support facilitators Develops paper-based and web-based training materials for classroom participants Develops paper-based and web-based training materials for team meetings and/or self studies Develops materials (such as overheads, prepared flipcharts, and posters) to supplement training materials and to enhance classroom learning Revises and updates materials on both a periodic and as-needed basis Develops coaching materials for managers and mentors to use to coach representatives Trains and supports facilitators to effectively and efficiently deliver developed curriculum Develops evaluation strategies and materials to effectively evaluate training programs Designs and develops materials to support quality representatives to ensure that representatives can effectively perform the objectives listed in specific training curriculums Works effectively with other team members or outside contractors to develop curriculum

 

Communication:Proactively works with business partners and initiative sponsors to write news and updates for representatives under tight deadlines Works with FrontPage, HTML, Java Script or other web-based development programs or languages to post news and messages to the Intranet Writes reference materials for online manuals Maintains online manuals Works effectively with other team members or outside contractors to develop communication
