Integration Technical Support Engineer
Integration Technical Support Engineer Monster is a high paced and energetic global company that continues to shape the online recruiting market. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the Alliance Integration Team at our Maynard, MA headquarters. Essential Functions: Work with our partners and clients development teams and technical staff to help integrate Monster’s core products with those of our partners and clients. Communicate directly with our partners and clients Take ownership and accountability for the call resolution process Act as a technical liaison with the maintenance and development teams to evaluate and report bugs Research and provide customers with technical solutions Provide a quality and timely response Establish and maintain a good relationship with team members and other Monster teams including Product and Sales Act as a backup for other team members when necessary Provide occasional after-hours support as required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience 4 years of recent, professional experience in web customer technical support Analytical skills - Ability to assess a situation quickly from a non-biased point of view, and determine the most beneficial resolution for all parties involved Organizational skills – Ability to track unresolved issues and bring them to resolution is essential Ability to make effective decisions with limited time and information. Ability to multi-task in a continuously changing environment Ability to interface with technical and non-technical partners and clients Familiarity with HTML, XML, XSLT, Visual Basic, .NET, C#, SQL Server Solid Windows Server background Prior programming experience Track record of supporting customer-oriented practices that foster customer loyalty and anticipate changes in customer needs Strong written and communication skills Strong technical problem solving skills, including demonstrated ability to think “out of the box” and to develop technical solutions when necessary.
