About eDynamic:

eDynamic is a global solutions provider with offices in New York, Toronto and New Delhi.  We use a global delivery model to deliver applications.  We work with several Fortune 100 firms including AMEX, UPS and GSK. eDynamic has been rapidly growing and is looking to add a new Interactive Sales Director to the leadership of the company.

Role:

Candidates must have a strong understanding of current leading web technologies and trends in interactive marketing. Experience should include website, interactive, and technology sales. Position will be responsible for developing sales initiatives, seeking and expanding interactive revenue. Duties will include prospecting, developing, and selling new business on a consistent basis; regularly meeting with and developing solutions for our clients; maintaining a high level of sales calls each week and achieving monthly revenue goals.

Responsibilities include:

 

1.  Region: Canada/US

2. Responsible for identifying new opportunities

3. Responsible for taking leads to fruition.

4. Will lead a team of managers and devise the sales plan and sales strategy for the team.

5. Keep abreast of all industry developments in terms of technologies available to be offered as a service.

6. Understanding of both the digital and traditional marketing and advertising landscape and the unique aspects of the medium that impact management of business operations.

7. Is responsible for identifying new strategies and campaigns for clients.

8. Project manages business-end of product development, plus pilot programs for new partners.

 

Requirements

Ø The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

§ 10+ years experience in website, interactive, and technology marketing

§ Should be from a Interactive Agency and Web Solutions background

§ Exposure to multiple industry verticals preferred

§ Strong analytical skills coupled with sound business judgment

§ Strong written and verbal presentation skills

Ø Established contacts in Financial Services would be a nice to have

Ø Experience in Interactive sales, methods and trends

Ø Experience with media strategy, planning and campaign management

Ø Experience developing and growing budgets and up-sell activity on client engagements

Ø Highly motivated with strong work ethic

Ø Ability to multi-task and be well organized

 

Growth Possibilities:

A successful Interactive Sales Director will move towards becoming a Business Development Head where he will be responsible for successful sales strategy being applied to generate revenues for the company. Interactive Sales Directors are also responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships.  Interactive Sales Director is a very important role in our firm.  Employees in this role are heavily incentivized.
