 Internal Audit Support for General Accounting and Information Services  Job Code: RFCD04081014  Job Description:   Looking for an individual who can help support General Accounting and Information Services with the ongoing coordination and documentation required in each of these departments. Focus areas will be completion of the Applications Security Audit for General Accounting and completion of IS’s portion of the Internal Control and Self Assesment review, including testing. Administrative support of Project Documents, User Documentation, Training Material, Testing Documentation, and Project Reporting. o  This will include for the General Accounting department Security audits and Sarbanes Oxley testing, new systems implementation, training, automation projects such as web sites, and reporting tools.o  For the Information Systems department this would include Sarbanes Oxley testing, Corporate IS allocations management, outage requests, production turnover packages, and coordinating projects through gate reviews, including system documentation and test plans.   Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IS or Business required. 5 years post-baccalaureate experience in work related to Accounting or IS Minimum of one year post-baccalaureate experience with the Microsoft Office software suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.   Preferred Additional Skills: The individual should have a solid understanding of business and a working knowledge of Information Services.
