JAVA Developer

Incumbent will be responsible for development of the Coordination of Benefits at Time of Enrollment project. This requires good communication, organizational time management skills, and strong analytical and problem solving skills. The incumbents should eventually be capable of providing technical guidance to less experienced team members. The incumbents must be able to work effectively with all levels of management and staff as well as with customers during problem definition and resolution. Required Skills/Competencies: These positions requires 6+ years of overall experience in application development as outlined above, with at least 4+ years of: JAVA, J2EE & Struts. 3+ years of JAVAScript, SQL. 1 - 2+ years of WSAD.  In addition, those candidates with Websphere or Weblogic will be considered above the rest.Any additional experience surrounding BroadVision, UML, Harvest, Rational Rose, DirectorySmart, TX Series and IEP/DCC experience as well as MQ Series, WebServices and SOAP is also a plus.
