JR-MID Customer Support Engineer

I am the VP of Staffing for Zenprise (Funded by Mayfield www.mayfield.com ).  Zenprise is a startup company based in the Silicon Valley and is funded by tier-1 venture capital firms. Position Details: Deliver high-quality technical assistance for Zenprise's products through telephone and electronic communication. Provide customer advocacy for documentation and timely resolution of issues, and for problem reproduction and escalation. Provide software technical support, including configuration assistance and troubleshooting. Document and reproduce customer problems, and if necessary coordinate fixes by the engineering department. Manage critical customer accounts and escalation requests. Provide ongoing training to customers on new product developments and new service offerings. Document all actions taken toward resolving customer issues in contact tracking database. Develop common question and answer documentation to be included in department knowledge base. Provide regional and overflow telephone support.

Jr-Mid level Active Directory and Exchange 2003-2007 Admin experience. Some SQL experience a plus but not required. MCSE/MCSA is a plus but not required. BES experience a plus.  Some weekend work or pager rotation coverage, on the phone troubleshooting, and very limited travel. Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment required. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, good personal organization skills and solid customer service attitude required
