This world class organization is seeking Application Developers to design, code, test and debug programs of moderate complexity as well as work independently on complex subroutines.

 

The candidate will join a team responsible for design and development of all major layers of J2EE system, program design, specification, program logic, flow charting, testing, debugging and documentation with some guidance as needed.
Document and track system flows, and must be available to support pager rotations.


 

REQUIREMENTS:Full lifecycle software development experience (required)The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of Java/J2EE experience. Java/J2EE, JSP, MDB, JMS, Struts, WebLogic, JBuilder, and AJAXAt least 1-2 years of ASP.NET C# programmingExcellent communications and writing skillsAbility to operate well in a team environment and under tight deadlinesExperience in the following technologies: UML, XML, Java, SQL In depth experience with program design, specification development, program logic, flow charting, testing debugging and documentation Web front end development projects.Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to write proposals and technical documentsAbility to solve problems quickly and thoroughlyWorking knowledge of MS Project or other project management softwareAbility to adapt to rapidly changing technology and directionAbility to make presentations to diverse types of audiencesAbility to plan, maintain and direct multiple projects with multiple tasks.
