Position# 1--> J2EE/Websphere Message Broker

 

MUST-HAVEs:Practical experience with Java-based messaging Practical experience with WebSphere Message Broker Development (WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) – developing message flows using WMB 5.0 or higher) Experience with MQ and Messaging concepts XML OO Programming Java experience AIX experience (IBM Unix) SOAP SOAP/WSDL/Web Service knowledge self starter with a focus on customer service Strong communicator and consultant 8 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry covering various areas of enterprise architecture In-depth full life-cycle implementation experience Strong client-facing skills Strong attention to detail / Very organized Ability to work with diverse teams

 

Additional Technical Skills needed:

Java Programming; SOAP / WSDL / Web Services; WebSphere MQ and Messaging Implementation; Presentation and User Task Logic Technologies (JSPs, Servlets, Struts, JSF,JMS, JNDI); experience with Business Integration Layer (EJBs), WSAD, HTML, XML, JUnit and Rational XDE Developer Tools, WebSphere Application Server 5.0; recent experience with J2EE/OO concepts; object-oriented analysis and design skills (Level 4); proven ability to lead a newly-trained J2EE (WebSphere) development teams; proven ability to provide technical consultation and technical direction to others; proven capability in providing impromptu teaching and mentoring opportunities; experience in model-driven development (building, analyzing, designing, and deploying models); experience deploying J2EE applications in Unix or Z/OS platforms; broad knowledge of (Security, UML, OO design, design patterns, DB2, MQ); previous consulting experience is helpful.

 

 

 

Position# 2 --> J2EE/Web Services Expert
