Java / JSP / HTML Front-End Developer

Basic Function:
Proven experience in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining all key components of a dynamic Web application.  Develop our User Interface and site functionality responding to consumer's needs, and increasing the scale of our backend solutions to logistically support vendor relationships.

Requirements:
• Strong Front End Java, JSP, Servlets, Tag Libraries (at least 1 – 2 years preferred)
• Struts and Tiles Framework experience
• Knowledge of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Familiar with most of the following technologies: JBoss, JSF, Ajax, Hibernate, Maven, Struts, Eclipse, Linux, Tomcat, Ant, XML, GWT
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Meeting project objectives within specified time frame parameters and defined requirements
• Corresponding task status/issues to IS management
• Ensuring that project success criteria are met
• Performing application design, coding, building and executing system/unit test plans
• Participating in application design and review
• Developing code that meets business/user requirements and IS quality standards
• Performs day-to-day maintenance of production software systems
• Pro-actively participates on project teams to create and support our business systems
• Documenting code and developing requirements specifications

Experience:
• Exposure to Mortgage Industry a plus
• Experience in Hibernate a plus
• Experience with XML
