Java Systems Programmer

•Designs, develops, tests, debugs, maintains and documents software components.

•Demonstrates/applies knowledge of application modeling, design and development.

•Develops time estimates for project deliverables.

•Provides alternative solutions and technical expertise across a range of applications, systems and/or technologies.

•Collaborates with end users and project team members on development of requirements and design of applications.

•Advise manager of risks, issues, and concerns.

•Maintain expertise in technology and development in the J2EE space, as well as other enabling technologies.

Experience:
•3-5 years Java (minimum of 3 years experience), HTML, JavaScript, SQL Proficiency, Java Servlet

Plusses:
•XML, XSLT, DB2 Experience, SWT, SWING, CVS, Eclipse, Delphi
•SQL - DB2 - UDB

Skills:

•Strong organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
