Junior / Mid-Level Technical Recruiter

Anexinet is a premier IT solutions provider in the Greater Philadelphia area.  Anexinet’s core service offerings include Microsoft Solutions (we are Gold partners with Microsoft), Portals & Collaboration (SharePoint), PMO & Project Management Consulting Services, Business Process Management, Business Intelligence, Java Development and Integration (we are the premier integrator of BEA WebLogic in the area), and Infrastructure & Security.  We are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to join our rapidly growing organization. The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting all levels of information technology professionals to work on consulting assignments for Anexinet’s clients.

 

Required Skills:Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience as an I. T. recruiter – preferably who has worked for an I.T. solutions company or an I.T. staffing firm.Any I.T. background (aside from recruiting) is a huge plus.Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and to stay focused is essential.Must be willing to work above and beyond normal business hours.Ability to interact with all levels of personnel from technical to high level executive management.Self-starter, assertive and enthusiastic.Must have excellent communication and documentation skills.
