PCI is looking for IT professionals looking for an opportunity to learn & grow!  Working as part of a team, within a structured environment, providing entry level to mid-level LAN Administration & Application Support Services. This is an exciting Data Center Operations LAN Administration role supporting Windows, Citrix, Unix, systems and end users.  This is a full time, permanent position, compensation range is commensurate with experience, from 30K to 39K, includes full benefits and paid parking.

Job Requirements: Must currently reside in the Western New York area 1+ years of Windows LAN Administration & Support experience Strong PC Technician, desktop / laptop installation & support skills Strong IP understandingWindows Server Support skills a plusCitrix Metaframe Administration & Support skills a plusLinux and/or Unix Administration skills a plus Must be willing to work 24x7x365 support shiftsMust be organized, prompt & posses strong customer service skillsStrong desire to learn, grow & add value
