Description:

3H Technology is seeking a LAN/Deskside Support Technician to work out of our Miami, Florida location. This position requires an active DOD clearance and the following experience:

· Practical experience in troubleshooting technical issues.

· Excellent client interface, coordination and verbal skills

· Ability to work part of a team.

· Strong organizations skills

· All calls and assignments must be logged electronically using BMC Remedy

· Ability to perform backups and restores of client's data using Veritas BackupExec and ArcServe

· Move Computer Equipment

· Support basic Phone system, resetting mailboxes, etc.

· Support Novell and Microsoft Servers

Job Requirements: US Citizen with an active DOD clearance MCSE Microsoft Certification System Engineer. ITIL Foundation Certified Preferred Strong customer service skills. Team Player Ability to quickly troubleshoot technical issues with Desktop and Servers Ability to perform server backups
