Job Profile
Reporting to the Engineering Solution Manager, the solution lead is responsible for leading a small group of on-site and offshore engineers for implementation of a solution project from beginning to end. Accountable for all design deliverables, this role works closely with product management and other core groups.

Requirements:

Highly technical - must have deep understanding in all solution aspects, needs to be familiar with the various products and functional and technical specifications.
BS or BA degree
Experience in one of the following industries: Telecommunication (preferred mobile telecommunications), Content Management, Search or Advertising.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven project management skills, use of MS Project and other tools.
Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience
Strong Java programmer with minimum 5 years of professional experience and solid object- and pattern-oriented design skills
Java server-side development essential, with strong understanding web application & xml technologies programming.
Strong experience with Java Servlets and Web Services development
Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle
Knowledge in UNIX, Linux and NT operational systems.
