Lead ETL Developer

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Work with the business users from the various functional teams to understand their requirements and document business user requirements.Identify out-of-box dashboards/reports that can be used to satisfy requirements or design and develop a reporting solution within the BI architecture. Develop ETL (Informatica) mappings, workflow, DAC.Manage the repository (.RPD) and semantic layer of Oracle Business Intelligence. Develop dashboards and reports for the business community. Support and drive business intelligence based on the Sector's reporting strategy and approach. Be a steward for data management including data governance, data quality management and appropriate information usage.

Required Skills: 3 to 5 years Siebel Analytics (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) experience including ETL (Informatica), DAC, workflow, RPD, dashboard reports development. Should have Data Modeling experience and demonstrated knowledge in concepts of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.Demonstrated hands-on experience working in the data layer, semantic layer and presentation layer of the Oracle Business Intelligence Application. Must have the ability to take on a leadership role.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
