Level II/III Engineer – Swing Shift 2-10

Knowledge of MPLS a plus. Candidate also needs CISCO and/or Juniper experience. Remedy and NetCool experience a plus.  IPV6, experience would be a plus, as customer network will convert to IPV6 in a year.  Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 7 years of professional experience. (7 additional years can substitute for the bachelors degree). 

Specific Job Customer service skills are also a plus due to the large customer base that this job will entail. Candidate needs to be able to troubleshoot in an expeditious manner. Candidate should have good documentation skills. Candidate should also have local and remote troubleshooting capability. Maintains technical expertise in network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, and gateways.  Candidate must have an interim SECRET security clearance, or must be able to obtain an interim secret clearance..  Must have one year of supervisory experience in the last 5 years.
