Logistics Coordinator*College Station

In this position you have the opportunity to coordinate various logistical aspects for trade-shows, coordinating manpower and the technology for each of the events.  You will also be required to fill orders and work with other departments as needed to ensure a successful event.  You must be able to handle a fast paced environment and be able to solve problems with an enthusiastic attitude. Certain times of the year are very fast-paced, but co-workers are there to assist during busy times. 

 

You will coordinate multiple aspects of a show in a professional manner.

 

Training will consist of one on one with your direct Supervisor.  You will be required to complete several Computer Assisted Instruction courses.  Written procedures are provided and documented.   

 

 

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 

• Some customer service experience
