Coordinates the supply, material flow, and storage of inventory from the supplier to various departments in the company. Conducts periodic reviews of inventory levels to ensure that customer demands are met. Contacts purchasing agents and facilities management personnel to determine shipping/receiving information for merchandise. Works with outside vendors to coordinate delivery of required inventory to ensure that inventory is delivered and available to clients in a timely manner. Tracks all logistic transactions using appropriate recording systems and oversees the routing of merchandise accordingly to ensure that inventory requirements are met. Reconciles physical inventories with computer counts to ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and are available to budget and finance departments, upon request. Communicates with supervisors and managers of individual departments on the status of equipments and supply orders, as well as equipment returned to vendors for repair to ensure that alternate arrangements are made during repairs and order deliveries. Basic Qualifications SECRET Clearance or able to obtain and interim clearance. High school diploma AA degree and 3 years of experience or a total of sevenor more years of logistics or materials planning experience Recent SAMS/STAMIS skills Experience working with purchasing and facilities management Experience working with tracking and routing software Experience working with company products and inventory needs Other Qualifications Personal computer and business solutions software skills Communication skills to communicate with customers, vendors and management Good analytical and problem solving skills to assist in managing the flow of goods Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:Secret Create Success
