Efforts include: Perform schedule impact analysis and what-if scenarios Interact with customer in developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule using the latest version of MS Project Work with project managers and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to establish baseline schedules Generate and monitor comprehensive schedules in various formats and detail to suit different users or audiences; Perform schedule tracking and reporting for project team. Monitor actual progress, compare to baseline and report progress against schedule; Maintain Project Metrics. Lead effort to change and update schedule procedures Analyze scheduling data and develop presentations for regularly scheduled Program Management Review (PMR) meetings;Work with company schedulers to establish a consistent schedule formatEssential Job Functions Oversees, plans and designs highly complex business processes and makes recommendations in order to improve and support business activities. Analyzes and documents client's complex business requirements and processes; constructs conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates to communicate requirements. Performs the function of a lead in creating complex test case scenarios for testing and/or monitoring the testing of business applications to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design. Function as a lead and provides input into the development and modification of systems to meet client needs. Coordinates and facilitates meetings with clients on larger accounts to gather and document requirements and explore complex solutions. Coordinates business analyst tasks on information technology projects and provide project team member guidance/support throughout the project life cycle. Provides work guidance and mentoring to less experienced personnel. Participates and provides expertise in technical reviews and inspections to verify the implementation of 'intent of change' through the entire project. Provides time estimates for project related tasks. Creates and maintains the architecture for highly complex business process domains to ensure alignment with the organization's technology priorities. Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related discipline or at least a minimum of9 years relevant experience. Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling or planning, financial reporting and budgeting with a minimum of 5 years with project scheduling/planning including at least 5 years in a Government (preferably a DoD or IC) environment. Must have 5 years of experience with earned value analysis and budgeting information, as well as financial reporting. Must be able to work with a number of project planning software applications such as Microsoft Project and Primavera. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired but not required. FBI background knowledge in project scheduling/planning is a plus.At a minimum, must have current Top Secret clearance.
