Applies standard assessment techniques to identify and analyze risks on the client's programs and projects, hence developing strategies to minimize their likelihood or impact. Responds to risk through planning and mitigation strategies. Assesses effectiveness of strategies and reassesses exposures. Evaluate opportunities that could be exploited to the client's benefit to include internal recommendations, as well as changes or improvements in industry common practices. Evaluate program to identify industry support capabilities, potential production bottlenecks, appropriate acquisition strategies and technical alternatives. Organize findings and develop information frameworks to facilitate conclusions, decisions, and recommendations. Responsible for preparing risk management plans, metrics and schedules for the client's program reviews and presentations. Anticipates the probability and consequences of adverse events. Provide other related services as required/dictated from the clients. Essential Job Functions Develops the technical solution that meets the requirements of the project. Designs large, significant, and highly complex systems. Assesses existing systems and recommends technical improvements (e.g., performance upgrades). Recommends, establishes business case, and assists project manager and others in building acceptance of new proposed program modifications, methods, and procedures. Defines system objectives and design specifications in collaboration with business analyst and/or project manager. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation to enhance system efficiency. Defines controls, conversion procedures and system implementation plans. Serves as a technical subject matter expert and leads technical collaboration outside of project team, for example, company lines of service, client IT, vendors, subcontractors. Represents company in new technology planning and takes lead in assessing emerging technologies. Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field; or may be substituted by a minimum of 7 years of relevant equivalent experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience working for an IC or DoD Government organization while performing program analytical duties. FBI background experience in the program analytical field is a plus. At a minimum, must have a Top Secret clearance.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelors degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred Seven or more years of system analysis or systems development experience Experience working with several programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software Experience working with relational databases to facilitate systems analysis Other Qualifications Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs Strong communication skills to interact with team members, support personnel, and provide technical guidance and expertise to customers and management Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members Leadership skills Ability to work in a self-directed work environment Ability to work in a team environment Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:Top Secret Create Success
