I'm urgently seeking a Road Warrior MCSE  with solid- verifiable technical, customer service, and team skills!  References must check out. TRAVEL IS UP TO 85%.  MUST HAVE FIELD SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

The ideal candidate will have/be/bring:

*Based out of your home: Newark, Philadelphia, New Englands States, etc.-  other Northeast locations considered (need to be local to an international airport.)


*Strong interpersonal skills and able to interface w/ in house techies, healthcare administrators and healthcare workers. 


*Key liaison for our clients and client focus is of the utmost importance. 


 

The ability to resolve client’s issues professionally and efficiently is critical.  Candidate must be flexible and adapt easily to client’s needs.  Candidate also must be available to travel up to 85%.


 

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Install and keep up patient monitoring system in your territory,  and as needed, nationallyProvide technical support to clients, including installations and upgradesProvide hardware technical support in-houseConduct conference calls with IT/IS regarding future installs/ integrationsPerform preventative maintenance on systems Assist technical department with documentation (strong Visio skills required)Light 24/7 phone support (on call 1 week every 2 months)


 

 Qualifications:

 *Degree in a technical discipline.
*MCSE STRONGLY preferred



Previous field experience5+ years in the medical / healthcare industry-idealExperience working with end-usersExcellent communications skills, both verbal and writtenExceptional documentation skills (Visio knowledge, a must!)Excellent client relation skillsMust possess knowledge of Active Directory (users & computer management), Remote Access (VPN, Dial-Up & RAS), PCP/IP (DNS & WINS), LAN/WANMust have experience troubleshooting NT / 2000 / Win 2003 / XP / 98 / 95 / DOSSQL
