MIS Manager

MIS unit manager will provide guidance to ensure reporting alignment with overall Business Objectives.  Drive the consolidation/automation of same via the current Business Objects/Oracle databases platform.  Integrate performance measures with Management business objectives, eliminate data islands, develop accurate, timely and quality reporting.  Coordinate activities/communications with internal/external partners in achievement of objectives.  Manage the complete MIS tracking platform/system used to provide trending/analysis of  Services/Sales and operational dynamics across multiple channels (Telephones, IVR, Internet, Financial Centers, Email) and Citigroup businesses, (CBNA, O&T, CIS, PFS, SSB).  Manange activities of MIS analysts responsible for all related activities in support of RDG/CSC objectives, acting as the central point of contact for all MIS activities. 5+ years of supervisory/management experience of a quasi technical group BA/BS in related field or equivalent business experience (10+ years experience in related fields) Professional demeanor Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to exercise control and delegation of activities to ensure effective and efficient operation of department Excellent verbal & written communication skill Strong analytical and project management skills Demostrated ability to adapt quickly to change and to support a multitude of businesses
