The output of the packaging step is a standard Microsoft Installer (MSI) file compatible with the Windows operating system and with SMS. The MSI file is subsequently tested and deployed to the desktops. Primary Responsibilities 1) Repackage and test software 2) Work with Business Units and application Subject Matter Experts (SME) to troubleshoot product issues 3) Create and update technical documents as needed 4) Communicate and coordinate product information with Desktop Management and Deployment team as needed 5) Attend team meetings when appropriate and ensure that issues/risks are escalated to team lead REQUIRED SKILLS Here is a checklist of technical skills required for this particular position.
