Mailing Solutions Sales Representative...ESI - a Xerox company

ESI, part of the Xerox family, consists of four (4) separate, yet highly collaborative divisions. TheMailing Solutions group (MS) offers products manufactured by industry leaders such as Hasler, MBM, RENA and Omation. Sales Representative will be responsible for selling mailing, shipping, and logistics systems by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence and assist customers. Reports to: Sales Manager – Mailing/Shipping Division. Opportunities available in the following locations: Richmond, Virginia Beach, and Roanoke, VA.

Essential ResponsibilitiesResearch and locate new opportunities for Mailing and Shipping products by visiting existing and new customers. Analyze customer business opportunities by identified vertical markets. Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner. Coordinate and perform economic analysis and product and rate comparisons. Keep informed of new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers. Participate in developing long and short-range sales and marketing plans.

Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and verbal/written communications skills required. Ability to work with people at all levels; ability to work individually and as a part of a team. Ability to multitask, prioritize, have high level of accuracy and be detail oriented. Computer proficiency in Windows environment. Ability to keep abreast of new technology trends and how they apply to real world projects. Consistent work history. Mature, professional attitude and appearance.
