Manage Client Hosting Servers (Network Services)

Location: Alpharetta, GA Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT:We are in need of a Hosting operations for client servers.  This is a 21 month contract position. The overall responsibility is remotely managing client Hosting servers and application infrastructure platforms. In support of this platform, the associates are responsible for troubleshooting and analysis, fault resolution, configuration management, change management and performance management   Job Description:(What will the contractor do on that project?) The job is in a production operations environment and requires 24 x 7 service coverage. A minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in Server administration is required. This position requires a broad spectrum skill set across both Unix and Windows systems platforms. Skills include experience in UNIX system administration on Sun Server System platforms. Heavy experience in the following Applications: WebSphere, SunOne Directory Server (LDAP), Apache, SiteMinder, AppShield. Sys Admin desirables: Sun Solaris, Internet/Intranet Application Servers, Proxy Servers, Policy Servers, Network devices, Load Balancers, Firewalls, and MS Advanced Server administration.
