Managed Services Consultant

Direct Response Technologies, Inc., based in Pittsburgh, PA, is an industry leader in media services and technology solutions for the direct marketing industry. Direct Response Technologies has been in business for 11 years and was an early innovator in providing Internet marketing services.

 

We provide technology solutions to leading Internet marketers, helping them to effectively manage their keyword placements within the major PPC search engines and to power their advertising networks. All of this has been built on a solid foundation of open source tools including Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP-LAMP.

We are currently seeking to fill a Managed Services Consultant position. The work is challenging and rewarding and Direct Response offers opportunity for growth to a systems engineering, sales, or project management career path.

 

MANAGED SERVICES CONSULTANT

 

Responsibilities:

 Provide technical assistance for clients on our DirectTrack productRespond to client’s help desk tickets via e-mail and phone Candidates should have customer support experience or a willingness to work with clients.  This position requires a degree of direct client contact.

 

Experience:

 B.A./B.S. degree Strong understanding of HTMLStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organization skills Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skillsNeed to be able to replicate users tech problems, identify and correct the issue, and clearly communicate the solutionComfortable with technologyApplication product support Minor object oriented programming skills a plusMinor SQL skills a plus
