This position is responsible for overseeing the Finance functions of Indirect Channel Marketing. Key Responsibilities:* Manage the day to day activities of the Indirect Channel Marketing application on a global basis * Review marketing activities in accordance with the sales strategy * Ensure proper accounting for marketing activities based on generally accepted accounting principles * Prepare, coordinate, and communicate monthly results and with Senior Marketing, Finance and Sales management * Liaison with other departments regarding analysis * Prepare and calculate return on investment for various marketing programs * Prepare monthly forecasts as well as annual budget * Supervise staff and review and approve transactions and activities as required * Design and develop reporting tools and systematic processes * Generally works without consulting their manager * Independent decisions are made daily * Reject out of policy expenditures * Has budgetary or other financial accountability * Supervises other employees (including hiring, evaluating, and/or terminating) * Make selection, termination, and compensation decisions for work unit, give others accountability through appropriate leveraging * Help develop staff by encouraging accountability and enforcing performance standards * Make strategic and tactical business decisions * Establish goals and objectives for team * Help develop and adapt policies and processes for own groupKey Requirements:* Typically 5 or more years experience in financial accounting, coupled with strong analytical skills and a previous leadership role managing a group * Ability to succeed in a self directed and/or team environment and have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and decision making skills * Strong management skills - team building and leadership * Attention to detail * Proficient in ExcelOur Islandia, NY campus offers several amenities, including: * Gourmet cafeteria with wide selection of cuisine * Montessori Child Development Center for children up to the age of six * Banking services * Fitness Center (state of the art facility complete with indoor full court basketball, indoor racquetball courts, cardio studio, outside running track, soccer fields, tennis courts) * Concierge services (dry cleaning, package shipping, stamps, movie rentals) * On-site chiropractorCA's ability to succeed and excel depends on its people.
