Manager, Client Service Excellence

Day to Day Work The Manager, Client Service Excellence will be focused on improving the profitability of target GOIS projects by:i. Driving the PMO for the global programii. Overseeing profitability improvement process, recommended remediation actions, and progressiii. Ensuring strong communications and teamwork exist between Account Profitability Improvement teams globallyiv. Ensuring governance structure is implemented and followedv. Coordinate all activities across the global program, update senior managementUltimately learnings and best practices will be leveraged to improve all GOIS projects (Green / Yellow / Red).This is a role which assists the field directly, it is not an audit roleRequirementsi. 2+ years experience as a senior delivery resource within Unisys (at least PE or M3 level) preferably with a Blueprint or Top 250 accountii. Minimum 5 years experience with a combination of delivery management, delivery and business development rolesiii. Solid understanding of the internal workings of GOIS and Unisys overalliv. Excellent client interaction skills at senior levelv. Solid understanding of SSL, Black Belt or Green Belt preferredvi. Strong understanding of the benefits of blueprintingvii.
