This position is responsible for helping to ensure global US GAAP compliance and assisting with the Company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Working with other departments on a global basis to document processes/controls * Visiting international locations to review accounting processes and procedures * Reviewing work performed by others to ensure accuracy * Preparing status reports for management; draft and review corporate finance policies and procedures * Ensuring accuracy of all information contained in the consolidated filings Job Requirements: * 5 or more years experience in public accounting (Big 4) or combined public/private experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills, high detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks * Ability to work independently or in a team environment and lead when necessary * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications * Strong analytical skills (ability to read and understand accounting pronouncements) Educational/Certification Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting * CPA licenseThere's never been a better time to join CA.
