This role entails managing the client relationship at the executive levels while providing direction and oversight to project team members. The primary functions of this position include project, client management and team leadership and development.Responsibilities and Requirements Include: Manage Epic Implementation projects to achieve expected business results Develops relationships with key client stakeholders and client executives and ensures appropriate level of participation throughout engagement Ensures that client drivers and priorities are understood and addressed, and that expected business results are achieved. Ability to recognize and remove roadblocks to success. Deep healthcare information technology domain experience and understands the working of many functions within the industry. Manages project finances and takes profitability into account when making decisions. Excellent conflict resolution skills. Has the integrity to work the difficult issues in positive ways. Ability to identify and manage complex issues and problems; create solutions; and handle client confidently. Can distill complex issues to terms that management can understand. Ability to manage third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary Willingness to travel nationally and work at client sites M-Th Essential Job Functions Business: Gather process redesign requirements, coordinate and participate in development activities, and support the testing and implementation of package-based application software. Business: Build expertise in interface and data conversion requirements, capabilities and limitations, and setup and configuration issues associated with product modules in your specialty area(s). Business: Understand the purpose, roles, and activities related to a solution demonstration lab (SDL) and participate in applying this technique to facilitate application design and implementation. Methodology: Develop a working knowledge of the Catalyst-prescribed approach with respect to package-based development and equivalent vendor methodologies. Management: Lead a team of 3-5 resources (CSC, client, and third-party resources), in your area of expertise, to successful conclusion of a project phase. Technical: Maintain a conceptual understanding of enterprise software package solutions and related implementation issues from a technical perspective. Relationship Management: Establish credibility at all levels within the client and build problem-solving partnerships with the client and colleagues. Leverage: Understand the sales process, its information and support requirements, and assist business developers in identifying or qualifying leads. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Five or more years of experience in business analysis and enterprise vendor product implementation Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or product-mandated methodology Experience working with one or two product modules and associated business and technical integration issues Experience working with detailed product functionality and features within specific specialty area(s) and associated best practices Other Qualifications Good skills in package-based development (PBD) concepts and activities Good communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment Ability to devise creative business solutions Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
