Manager of Process IS

TITLE: IS PROCESS MANAGER SALARY RANGE: $77-120K START DATE: ASAP TYPE of HIRE: Direct Job Description Immediate Direct Hire OpportuntyPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Manage demand through the coordination of business analysts performing analysis of business requirements, definition of the solutions, project budget estimates, project planning and prioritization. 2) Guarantee the consistency of Oracle Core Model Solutions. 3) Provide Oracle application support after the go-live. 4) Manage and monitor SLAs for Level II/Level III work orders for internal and external resources/SLAs. 5) Assign and monitor change requests to teams in compliance with the change control process. 6) Guarantee the availability of BCG qualified Oracle resources and manage Oracle experts turnover (insourced and outsourced from service provider). 7) Optimize the Oracle professional resources between projects, enhancements, and maintenance in coordination with the business analysts. 8) Monitor and track the level of training/certification/update of team components on Oracle new releases. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • Bachelor’s Degree in a business related area is required. Master preferred. • Strong management and coordination skills (people and project) • Good relationship builder (i.e. cooperative approach) • Proven experience in complex ERP environment • Excellent Oracle technical expertise (Oracle certification) • Ability to travel 30% of the time on a regular basis with more extended travel during major system implementations Job Reference Code: MNProMgrIS Company: Modis, Inc.
