Manager of Shared ServicesWe are currently seeking a Manager of Shared Services to join the team in our Wayne, NJ global headquarters. In this position, the Manager will be responsible for the creation and management of the annual/monthly expense and capital budgets for the IT department. This includes all monthly financial reporting to support the respective budgets (plan, forecast and other financial reporting). This position will interact with various suppliers regarding SOW (statement of work), LOE (letter of engagement), and adherence to TRU policies. Oversee vendor management in the areas of invoice processing and policies. This will also include management of the IT department business office, which includes project setup, project status, and project management framework standards and procedures.  Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or accounting. Supervisory experience (interview, performance management, project assignment). Knowledge of Oracle’s Iprocurement system a plus. Experience in the development and management of detail project plans and associated resources assigned to the project. Strong communication skills (written/verbal), Project Management skills. Excel, Access, Word, standard desktop tools, Microsoft Project.
