Manager of Staffing Operations

DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for the overall leadership & vision of our Arlington, VA office.This includes but is not limited to:Day to day office leadership; mentoring of all office employees; management of company policies/procedures; hiring and recruiting of staff locally (both sales and recruiting); performance oversight of account managers and recruitersDay to day management of quotas for all office employees; conflict resolution (day to day issues); peformance incentives; new hire training; sales/sales support/sourcing accounts; Management of overall metrics such as Gross Margin, Net Profit per deal, Fill Ratio, Retention Rates etc. Overall P&L responsibility for the office

REQUIREMENTS6+ years of IT Staffing experience, with a proven, successful Staffing Sales background meeting yearly revenue goals of at least $2.5M2+ years of experience leading and managing an office of at least 4 Sales Managers and 4 RecruitersBachelors Degree in Business Administration or related discipline

COMPENSATION

Base Salary + commissions + Bonus
