Our Life Sciences Practice, based in Bridgewater NJ, has extensive understanding of the Sales & Marketing Operations, Managed Care Organizations, R&D processes, Commercial Operations, and Supply Chain areas within large pharmaceutical firms. Alliance is currently delivering services to the top Global pharmaceutical firms and several leading mid-market Pharmaceutical and Bio-technology firms.

 

We are looking for a Marketing/Advertising Intern:

 

Job Summary:

Ø Primary Responsibility – Develop Marketing Assets for Life Sciences Division

¨ Responsible for upgrading, updating, and facilitating use of client facing materials

-  Presentations

-  Product/Service Offering Descriptions

-  Press Releases

-  Internal Communications

Ø Upgrading Materials

¨ Inventory & Catalog all current assets

¨ Collaborate on messaging, format, content with Practice Leaders

Ø Updating Materials

¨ Incorporate recommendations into all Materials

¨ Circulate and drive approval process

¨ Finalize electronic files (Powerpoint & Word)

Ø Facilitate Access & Repeatable processes

¨ Develop Processes for accessing materials (shared drive, portal, etc.)

¨ Responsible for creating and institutionalizing assets
(Document templates, Best Practices, etc.)

¨ Create inventory and train adminstators on processes

 

Assignment Goals:

¨ Promote consistent messaging through all materials

¨ Move Alliance brand to a higher level

 

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:2-3 years of College studies in Marketing / AdvertisingExcellent Powerpoint & Word SkillsInternet / Website experience would be a plus
