Opportunity Summary:
LRN has a unique opportunity for the right candidate to have experience in developing e-Learning courseware or developing tools/interactivity using Flash applications, XML, HTML, JavaScript.

The right candidate should have demonstrated expertise with Flash ActionScript 2.0 / 1.0. Must have sound knowledge of developing interactive content in flash. Should be able to interpret requirements accurately in order to develop and deploy content effectively. Should be able to think of creative solutions that will help in automating production and deployment.

• Comfortable in a Corporate environment working with multiple teams in various time zones.
• Candidate will spend at least 50% of his/her time scheduling actors, recording voice talent, re-mastering audio files, dropping them into courseware and testing them. (We will train the right person, but candidate must be willing to spend half or more of their time not doing graphics work.)
• Work in either After Effects or Final Cut pro.
• Roll out multimedia assets that will be dropped into multiple formats.
• Work with video/audio vendors, optimize videos for the web, color correct for quality.
• Edit videos shot against green/blue screens.
• Experience with Pro Tools, SoundForge, or other audio programs a plus.
• Communicating queries related to build with the team.
• Self-reviewing of output to ensure high quality standards.
• Proper utilization of downtime by improving his or her skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Flash MX, Action Script 2.0/1.0, CSS, Basic HTML, Macromedia Captivate, sound forge or other audio editing tool.
• Must have minimum of 1 year experience in design and video work.
