This position will assist leading healthcare organizations, our clients - with implementation and consulting initiatives to enhance patient care, increase operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. These endeavors include: system and module implementations, release upgrades, clinical assessments and system optimizations and process improvement consulting. Required: 3+ years implementing MEDITECH's PCS module 3+ years of healthcare IT experience Strong verbal, written and oral communication skills Ability to travel Monday - Thursday on a weekly basis Strong understanding of a team dynamic and the ability to lead small groupsNot Required BUT a Plus: RN or other clinician type of background Other clinical application experience Other MEDITECH application experience (Magic or Client / Server) Health care operational leadership experienceThis is a full time travel positions. Candidates will be required to travel 80-90%.Essential Job Functions Business: Support business design activities related to application software, data, and packaged solutions. Business: Analyze requirements and develop high-level and detailed business process designs to the Elementary Business Process (EBP) level and Derived Logical Process DLP) level. Business: Coordinate acceptance testing and create high complexity test scripts for the business area that contain multiple cases and cycles. Methodology: Contribute to applying the Catalyst framework, in the role played, to determine the methodological steps that are appropriate for an engagement. Management: Lead a team of 3-5 CSC resources, in your area of expertise, to successful conclusion of a project phase. Technical: Design and review designs for the user system interface (USI) for the business application. Relationship Management: Establish credibility at all levels within the client and build problem-solving partnerships with the client and colleagues. Leverage: Understand the sales process, its information and support requirements, and assist business developers in identifying or qualifying leads. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Three or more years of experience in business analysis and design Experience working with issues and considerations for selecting business application packages and vendors Experience working with delivery assurance principles and procedures Other Qualifications Strong analysis and design skills Good communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment Ability to devise creative business solutions Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
