Mid Level and Sr. Level Business/Systems Analysts

Stratagem is seeking several high energy Sr. and Mid level Business Systems Analysts for our Milwaukee office.


Analysts will work with development teams, architects, and business owners, in large and small project environments, to define requirements for development, trade-off studies, system upgrades, and workflow optimization.

Required Skills/Experience:
-Experience in one or more of the following: insurance, retail, finance, software product development.
-Converting business requirements into systems requirements
-Analyzing and optimizing business and technical processes
-Building Use Cases
-Requirements gathering and analysis
-Business process modeling
-Team Leadership or Project Management Experience
-Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical staff
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience presenting to senior management (C level for Sr. positions)

-Sr. positions require 8 years experience (min of 3 years in a consulting company)

-Mid level positions require 5 years experience (min 1 year in a consulting company)


Preferred but Not Required Skills/Experience:
-Data Warehousing
-RUP & UML
-C, C++, C#, or java programming experience
-Object oriented design experience
-Bachelor's degree in CS or MIS
-MBA
